  3. 3) Authorization: You authorize us to file on your behalf (click‑to‑agree).
  4. 4) Submission: We compile a complete, city‑ready packet and submit.
  5. 5) Tracking: We track deadlines, follow up, and keep you updated.
  6. 6) Payment: If approved, the city pays you directly. We charge a small success fee.
